1. Introduction

The website https://binixo.my (the "Website" or "Binixo") is operated by INFINSA LTD (Registration No. HE 472348), located at Griva Digeni 49, 5th Floor, Office 51, 6036 Larnaca, Cyprus ("we", "us" or "our").

This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice explains what personal information we may process, why we process it, the categories of recipients, your choices and how to contact us.

Binixo is an information and referral platform that helps users explore personal loan and financing options offered by third-party providers. Binixo is not a bank or lender. We do not issue loans, decide whether applications are approved, or set financing amounts, rates or terms. Any offer is subject to assessment and decision by the relevant financing provider.

This notice is available in Bahasa Melayu and English. Personal data processing is subject to the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), as amended, and other applicable data protection laws.

2. Personal Data We May Process

Depending on the form and service you use, we may process:

• Identity and contact information: name, telephone number, email, age or date of birth, address and identification details if requested in the form.
• Employment and financial information: occupation and employment status, employer or business type, income, financial commitments, requested financing purpose, amount and term.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, online identifiers, cookies, pages viewed and interactions with the Website, referral and campaign sources, and access times.
• Communications information: enquiries, feedback, support requests, communication preferences and records of consent or withdrawal.

We do not ask for online banking passwords, bank card PINs or one-time passwords (OTPs) through Binixo forms. Do not provide such information to anyone claiming to represent us.

Please avoid submitting sensitive information that we have not requested, including health details or personal beliefs, in free-text fields.

3. Sources of Personal Data

We may obtain information directly when you complete a form or contact us; from referral partners, affiliate websites or marketing partners that share information for purposes disclosed to you; and automatically through website technologies.

Where information comes from another party, we use it only for the purposes explained in this notice.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal information may be processed to:

• receive and manage your request for financing options;
• identify product categories or financing partners that may match the information you provide;
• forward enquiries or application details to relevant financing providers or referral partners so that they can assess and contact you;
• manage enquiries, customer support and complaints;
• operate the Website, maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse;
• analyse Website usage and measure campaign performance;
• display advertising, and send marketing communications if you have agreed to receive them;
• comply with legal obligations, handle disputes and defend lawful rights.

We do not guarantee that your information will be sent to any particular provider or that any application will be approved.

5. Legal Grounds and Consent

Before submitting a form, you will be asked to consent to the processing of your data, its disclosure to the parties in Section 7 and its transfer outside Malaysia as described in Section 10. Marketing consent is requested separately and is optional.

Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing may also be based on steps you request before a service is provided, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate need to operate and protect our services.

You may withdraw consent by contacting support@binixo.my. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing carried out before withdrawal and may affect our ability to continue a service you have requested.

6. Required and Optional Information

Fields identified as required in a form are necessary to receive or handle your request. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to process your enquiry or refer it to a financing provider.

Optional fields may be left blank. Submitting a financing enquiry does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to receive marketing communications.

7. Sharing Personal Information

For the purposes described in this notice, your information may be shared with:

• financing providers, including banks, financing companies and third-party credit providers, to assess enquiries and contact you;
• referral partners or comparison platforms that help connect requests with financing options;
• technology and operational suppliers such as hosting, customer management, email and SMS services, security, analytics and technical support providers;
• advertising and analytics providers, including Google, as described in Section 9;
• professional advisers or authorities where permitted or required by law;
• parties involved in a lawful business reorganisation or transfer, where applicable.

Some recipients, particularly financing providers, decide for themselves how they process the information they receive and have their own privacy notices.

8. Marketing Communications

If you have agreed to receive marketing communications, you may receive information about relevant financial products or services by email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp or other relevant channels.

You can stop marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting support@binixo.my. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop messages needed to respond to an enquiry or manage an active application.

Financing providers receiving your enquiry may contact you about that enquiry. To manage their communications, please contact the relevant provider directly.

9. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, analytics, campaign measurement and advertising, including Google Analytics and Google AdSense.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Website and/or other sites on the Internet.

We take reasonable security measures, appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks of processing, to reduce the risk of loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be free of all security risks. If a data breach occurs, we will take action as required by applicable law.

12. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes of processing, taking into account the type of data, the status of your enquiry, communication and consent records, security needs, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

When data is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.

13. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to and correction of personal information; withdraw consent; object to direct marketing; ask us to stop certain processing; request erasure where that right applies; and request data portability when its conditions are met.

To exercise your rights, email support@binixo.my. We may request identity verification and will respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia or another relevant data protection authority. For information already shared with financing providers, you may also contact those providers directly.

14. Enquiry Matching

Binixo may use electronic systems to match information you provide, such as requested amount, term, income and employment status, with financing categories or partners that may be relevant.

This matching is not a lending decision. Financing providers receiving your enquiry carry out their own assessments and make their own decisions.

15. Children

This service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit personal information through our financing enquiry forms.

16. Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to financing providers, advertisers or other third-party sites. Those sites may have different privacy notices and processing practices. Please review their privacy notices before submitting information to them.

17. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice when our services, practices or applicable law change. The current version and date of update will be displayed on the Website. Where changes require additional notice or consent, we will obtain it as required by law.
